With products made of natural materials by people using a lot of handwork, and thorough quality control in Denmark, there will be some guitars we cannot sell for their full value due to simple cosmetic imperfections.

The good news is, that if you’re too rock n’ roll to worry about the first scratch, then these guitars may be the best option for you. You save money (for more gear, right?), and you get an awesome guitar that plays and sounds just as good as any other Baum.

 

And trust us, once it’s in your hands, no one else is going to know the difference.

 

WE CATEGORIZE IN B- AND C-STOCK. WHAT’S THIS?

These are instruments with cosmetic blemishes that don’t impact sound, playability, or quality at all. These may have been returned by a customer within their 45 Days Try At Home Guarantee, been used as a demo guitar for YouTube, used by an artist for a live show, replaced under guarantee, or something else that causes it to no longer be sold as an “A-Stock” (new and mint condition).

 

These products are offered at a special, reduced price, and play and sound like any other Baum. They also come with a full warranty and the same rights to return.

WHAT IS A B-STOCK?

B-stock guitars can be guitars we pick out during our own quality control in Denmark due to a minor cosmetic imperfection, which is why B-stock guitars most often are brand-new guitars. It can also be guitars in almost-new condition returned by a customer within their 45 Days Guarantee,

 

You may find that these guitars show lights bits of use or scratching, cosmetic production imperfections like inconsistent lacquering.

WHAT IS A C-STOCK?

C-Stock guitars can be guitars we pick out during our own quality control in Denmark due to a cosmetic imperfection, or a guitar we have used as demo units for YouTube content, artist loans, guitar shows, our own demo sessions, or a guitar returned by a customer within the 45 Day Guarantee.

 

Therefore, you may find that these guitars have slight to moderate sign of use.

SETUP IN DENMARK.

All instruments get a fresh setup in Denmark before it is shipped to you.

We make sure that the action is good, and intonation is on point. That the fret ends are smooth, and the strings are fresh. We playtest the instruments, going through bends, chords, and a variety of styles to make sure that both hard-hitters and light players can get the best out of the instrument when it arrives.

Finally, we clean it and pack it carefully before it gets shipped to you.

2-YEARS WARRANTY.

All B-stock and C-stock guitars come with the same 2-year warranty as any other Baum guitar.
