RETURN / EXCHANGE ORDERS
Our goal is to make sure you're feeling inspired to create your music and moments. If this was not a right match or needs to be exchanged, then we're here to help.
This is why we include the possibility of returning all products for a full refund with every delivery. This policy is however subject to terms & conditions as described below.
1: PREPARE
In order to return your Baum, it is important that:
- We offer 45 days right to return on all products purchased at baumguitars.com
- Returns are free in Europe. $100 from the USA/Canada. $250 from APAC.
- We will organize the return shipping and let you know about the arrangements. In most cases, we will email you a label that you need to print and place on the original shipping box, after removing the original shipping label. DO NOT simply ship any items back to us.
- We use DHL Express for shipping and returns. The parcel must be handed in by the customer at the courier’s nearest service facility.
- All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Any damage or signs of wear detected upon return inspection will result in a reduction of your refund.
- All products must be shipped back in their original packaging together with included documentation and accessories/parts. If parts are missing, the cost will be taken out of your refund.
- By unpacking the delivered products, this return policy is accepted in its entirety.

3: ARRANGE RETURN / EXCHANGE
Log into your customer profile, find the product you wish to return and ask for a return. This way we can create your label and track the progress in our system.
4: WHEN RETURNED / EXCHANGED
Returned items will be inspected in our workshop for visual wear, damages or similar to conclude that the item is returned in the original condition.
Signs of damage or wear will result in a deduction in the refund.
This process is usually made within 7 work days of receiving the returned item, but may vary depending on how busy our small workshop is.
Exchanged items goes through the same inspection as we prepare your new instrument to be shipped.
The best place to test is your home.
