Can i return my baum?
Yes. If bought from the Baum Online Store, you always have 14 days from receiving your instrument to like and love your Baum. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within those first 14 days at contact@baumguitars.com for a full refund of the product purchase price, or an exchange of your choice.
Returns purchased from the Baum Online Store can only be made through our customer service, and not through a Baum Dealer.
