Built to Be Yours: Hardware & Engineering

Every tuner, bridge, and pickup on your guitar is being made from scratch. Nothing off the shelf. Here's why that matters.

Taking Shape: CNC & Luthier Refinement

The body and neck are taking shape. Machines cut the precision, then skilled luthiers take over by hand. Your guitar is becoming recognisably a Baum.

Colour & Character: Painting & Assembly

Your guitar is in the paint shop. Custom colour, thin lacquer, and a satin neck that feels worn-in from day one. Then it all comes together.

Passing the Test: Quality Control & Shipping

Before your guitar leaves the factory, it has to earn its way out. Every detail is checked. Then it's packed and shipped to Denmark.

Almost in Your Hands: Final Setup & Dispatch

Your guitar arrives in Aarhus this month. Once here, we're setting it up, checking every fret, and packing it for you. It's nearly time to rock!
