08 - Baum Guitar Quality Control: Making sure it is right.

08 - Baum Guitar Quality Control: Making sure it is right. - Baum Guitars

How every guitar is inspected before leaving the manufacturer.

Quality control happens in two steps, the first performed by our manufacturer.

Detailed inspections are conducted by our partners, covering overall quality, playability, fretwork, glue joints, hardware, finishes, and initial setup.

Each guitar is measured and approved according to our standards. If an instrument does not meet these standards, it returns to the corresponding stage to correct imperfections. It’s a time-consuming stage but always worth the effort.

When the batch is approved in this first round of quality, we prepare for shipping to Denmark. And the next round of quality control.
