VAT isn't charged on exports of goods to countries outside the EU. In these cases, VAT is charged and due in the country of import and Baum don't need to declare any VAT as an exporter.
However, when exporting goods Baum will need to provide documentation as proof that the goods were transported outside the EU. Such proof could be provided by presenting a copy of an invoice, a transportation document or an import customs record to the tax authorities.

GUITAR CARE
Guitars are delicate instruments crafted of a natural material. Therefore, there are a few things to consider in terms of climate and shipping.
CLIMATE & SHIPPING
As they are wooden instruments the playability can be affected by climate conditions and other factors during transit, so occasionally some small adjustments are required upon receipt as the instrument settle to its new environment.
WAIT 24 HOURS IF...
If your new guitar arrives in either very warm, cold or other kind of extreme weather condition, please leave it the shipping box inside your house and give it 24 hours to acclimate slowly.
