10 - Baum Guitar Visual Inspection in Denmark

10 - Baum Guitar Visual Inspection in Denmark - Baum Guitars

How we check every finish, hardware, and details.

Arriving in Denmark—finally! This is step 1 of 3 in our Danish workshop.

Besides counting and ensuring everything has arrived safely (and it always does), we let newly arrived guitars rest and acclimate in their boxes for 24–72 hours, depending on shipping conditions and current climate.

Each guitar undergoes a thorough visual inspection by our setup team.

We systematically and carefully review finishes, hardware polishing, and overall quality, classifying guitars into A, B, or Revival quality. You can learn more about the Revival series separately here.

Once an instrument has been cleared in the visual inspection, we take it into the next step which is the set-up and quality control.
