Take your time. Play your Baum on your own amp, in your own space. If it’s not right for you, return it within 45 days. Simple as that.
SET UP BY US.
Every guitar is inspected and set up by our luthiers before shipping. Action, intonation, playability all dialed in.
We invest a lot of time in each instrument to make sure it matches our high quality control.

Quality Assurance: Every Detail Checked
Delivery Inspection – Every guitar is unpacked and checked by expert luthiers for top-notch build quality and finish.
Hardware & Electronics Check – Tuners, bridge, pickups, and wiring are tested to guarantee top performance. Any underperforming part is replaced.
Performance Check – Each guitar is played, its tone evaluated, and its feel assessed. Only when it meets our standard of playability and sound does it get packed for delivery.
