Every guitar is inspected and set up by our luthiers before shipping. Action, intonation, playability — all dialled in.
We invest a lot of time in each instrument to make sure it matches our high quality control.

String check: Fresh strings fitted if needed, for best tone and playability
Fret and Fret-Ends check: Fret and fret ends are crowned, filed and confirmed to be level and smooth and comfortable.
Nut check: Ensuring proper height and no friction
Truss Rod Adjustment: Fine-tuned truss rod adjustment for perfect neck relief
String Height (Action) check: Action is adjusted for best playing comfort
Pickup Height check: Optimized for balanced tone and output
Intonation check: Correct intonation across the fretboard
Hardware Adjustments: Fine-tuning our unique components specific to your guitar
Play test: Every instrument is play tested to ensure we like how it plays.
Final inspection of finish: Final inspection and cleaning.

Delivery Inspection – Every guitar is unpacked and checked by expert luthiers for top-notch build quality and finish.

Hardware & Electronics Check – Tuners, bridge, pickups, and wiring are tested to guarantee top performance. Any underperforming part is replaced.

Performance Check – Each guitar is played, its tone evaluated, and its feel assessed. Only when it meets our standard of playability and sound does it get packed for delivery.
