In this step, we start assembling. And your Baum is really starting to look like something that can be picked up and played soon.
Necks and bodies are meticulously matched and assembled, and hardware (including our signature hardware and Goldsound® pickups) is carefully installed.
Baum Precision Tuners™ are added to each headstock, Levitator™ roller-bridge or TrueTone Tremolos™ are fitted alongside Bigsby™, stoptails, etc.
Potentiometers are soldered in alongside matching capacitors and resistors, and switches are added so you can fine-tweak your tones.
Frets are pressed in, nuts are installed, and strap-lock pins added to complete the process.
